Penélope Cruz nominada a mejor actriz de reparto
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – La actriz madrileña Penélope Cruz sumó el jueves la segunda nominación por su participación en la película “Nine”, en este caso el del sindicato de actores de cine y televisión, en la categoría de mejor actriz de reparto.
Además “Nine” está nominada al mejor reparto, junto a “Malditos Bastardos”, el drama urbano “Precious: Based On the Novel Push by Sapphire” “An Education” y “The Hurt Locker”. Su compañero en la película Daniel Day-Lewis también es candidato a actor de reparto.
“Malditos Bastardos”, “Precious” y “Up in the Air” recibieron tres nominaciones cada una para los premios del Sindicato de Actores, (SAG, por sus siglas en inglés).
“Up in the Air”, protagonizada por George Clooney como un hombre cuyo empleo es despedir a otros de sus centros de trabajo, obtuvo tres nominaciones como mejor actor, mientras que Vera Farmiga y Anna Kendrick fueron nominadas al premio a la mejor actriz secundaria.
Pero la película, catalogada por expertos de Hollywood como la favorita para los premios Oscar tras de ser galardonada por la crítica, no figuró en la lista de los nominados a mejor reparto, lo que podría afectar sus posibilidades para los premios de la Academia.
